Dasyllio is Patras’ “green lung”—a pine-covered hill rising above the historic center and the Castle. Just minutes from the busy shopping streets, it feels like a calm natural hideaway, offering fresh air, shade, and a welcome sense of quiet.
At the top, the terraces of the tourist pavilion (café-restaurant) open to a wide panorama: the city laid out below, the port, the Gulf of Patras, and the mountains of Aetolia-Acarnania in the distance.
It’s also one of the best places to catch Patras’ famous sunset.
