It represents an outstanding example of interwar urban residence, featuring an eclectic composition with evident Art Deco architectural references. The ground floor façade includes a portico, continuing the architectural identity of P.P. Germanou Street, while the upper floor features a continuous loggia spanning the full width of the building.
